About this Event
Across the Forth Valley and Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, the FEL Scotland Energy Team is helping communities and individuals to heat their homes sustainably and efficiently. We understand the issues communities are facing with rising energy costs, cold homes, and confusing energy systems, and we believe no one should face these challenges alone.
Our volunteers play a huge role in helping us deliver our work and we’re excited to launch a brand‑new volunteer recruitment drive. If you're passionate about sustainability, enjoy helping people, or simply want to build new skills, please come along to our information sessions to find out more about volunteering with our team.
In this 90-minute session, you will meet members of our Energy team and hear about some of our current volunteers. We will explain what roles we have available and how you can get involved, and go through what training, support and resources we can offer. There will also be time to answer any questions you have regarding volunteering with FEL.
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided!
All welcome. Community groups who want to learn more about our volunteer programme to implement in their own organisation are also invited to come along.
Please note: we are running three recruitment dates across different locations. If you cannot make this date, please find tickets for our other sessions below:
Wednesday 25th March, 3:00pm - 4:30pm, at the Speirs Centre & Library, Alloa
Tuesday 31st March, 10:00am - 11:30am, at Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Camelon
