About this Event
If you recruit and manage volunteers within the borough of Richmond, join us for the Richmond Volunteer Coordinators’ Forum where we can share ideas and discuss the key issues in our day-to-day work with volunteers.
In the first part of the Forum, we will explore the difficult topic of volunteers who might no longer be suited for their role due to issues of health or capacity, what the issues are, and best practice for handling this sensitively.
Whatever the issues you are currently facing, the Coordinators’ Forum is an opportunity to discuss and share them and seek ideas and feedback from colleagues.
You will also have time to hear relevant updates and network with colleagues over tea and coffee. An agenda will be sent closer to the time.
This Forum is for Volunteer Coordinators, or anyone with responsibility for recruiting and managing volunteers working in the borough of Richmond.
We look forward to seeing you there.
