Join us at Apex Functional Fitness for a jam packed CrossFit skills session lead by CrossFit semi finals athlete Tom Kingdon.
About this Event

Exclusive to our VOLT family affiliates this CrossFIt skills workshop is suitable for ALL abilities.

Join us at Apex Functional Fitness where semi-finals athlete Tom Kingdom will take you through skills and techniques in the clean and jerk and handstand push ups. Followed by a WOD where you can put all your learning into practice.

The cost for this workshop is £35 for all Apex members, and £40 for non members. All proceeds will be going to support Tom compete at the French Throwdown in May 2026.
