Come connect with your voice on Saturday October 26th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. during this 3 hours Voice liberation workshop in the magical setting of Mana Yoga, in Bonnevoie - Luxembourg.
I discovered through the tool of voice an anchor to connect me to my inner calm, to my heart, and to my authenticity. I dreamed of creating a sound space to allow you to discover how your voice is a magnificent bridge between your inner world and your outer world.
This workshop will allow you to:
- connect with your voice organically, creatively and simply
- help you create a space for daily personal expression
- help you develop a space of expression beyond your mind to welcome your emotions
- connect yourself to the unique vibration of your voice
- connect you to your inner calm
- connect to the present moment with ease and joy
This space is aimed at men and women who are curious to discover their voice and make it vibrate within themselves to connect with their authentic being and the silence of their interior.
It is a space to feel, sing, vibrate in unison, in gentleness, kindness, and respect for our heart, personal rhythm and inner needs.
Program :
- Grounding meditation
- Connexion and relaxation of your body, base of your voice
- Connect with your voice gently through fun and organic exercises that will warm up your voice and gradually open it
- Discovery of intuitive singing
- Discovery of medicine songs and jam session
What to bring :
- a water bottle
- comfortable clothes
- a musical instrument if you wish

Chère belle âme,
Viens te relier à ta voix le Samedi 26 Octobre de 15h30 à 18h30 durant cet atelier de Libération vocale d'une durée de 3 heures dans le cadre magique du Mana Yoga, à Bonnevoie – Luxembourg.
J’ai découvert à travers l’outil de la voix un ancrage pour me relier à mon calme intérieur, à mon coeur, et à mon authenticité. Je rêvais de créer un espace sonore pour te permettre de découvrir comment ta voix est un pont magnifique entre ton monde intérieur et ton monde extérieur.
Cet atelier te permettra de :
- te relier à ta voix de manière organique, créative et en toute simplicité
- t’aider à créer un espace d’expression personnelle quotidien
- t’aider à développer un espace d’expression au-delà de ton mental pour accueillir tes émotions
- te relier à la vibration unique de ta voix
- te relier à ton calme intérieur
- te connecter à l’instant présent avec aisance et joie
- Cet espace s’adresse aux hommes et femmes qui sont curieux de découvrir leur voix et de la faire vibrer en leur intérieur pour se relier à leur être authentique et le silence de leur intérieur.
C’est un espace pour sentir, chanter, vibrer à l’unisson, dans la douceur, la bienveillance, et le respect de notre coeur, rythme personnel et besoins intérieurs.
Programme :
- Méditation d’ancrage
- Reliance à ton corps, socle de ta voix
- Reliance à ta voix en douceur à travers des exercices ludiques et organiques qui échaufferont ta voix et l’ouvrir progressivement
- Découverte du chant intuitif
- Découverte de chants médecines et jam session

Musicienne, chanteuse, professeur de yoga, doula, coach de vie certifiée, et titulaire de certifications en chant carnatique et en chant pour la maternité, je suis passionnée par la voix, la créativité et le mouvement comme outils pour libérer le chemin libre, créatif, sauvage et souverain de ton âme.
