Led by Alisa G. Woods, PhD, LMHCLicensed psychotherapist and sound healer
with Benjamin Mambou, guitarist and African world-music artist.
Welcome spring with a sense of renewal, grounding, and gentle emotional clearing.
This one-hour experience weaves together EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping) and live world music—guitar, cello, sanza, and African seed percussion—creating a nourishing space for release, restoration, and seasonal renewal.
✨ Part One – Group Tapping for Release (First 15 Minutes)
We begin with a guided tapping sequence that gently stimulates acupressure points while using grounding, affirming phrases. This mind-body practice supports stress reduction, emotional regulation, and letting go of what no longer serves you, making space for fresh energy as we move into spring.
✨ Part Two – World Music Sound Bath
After tapping, participants rest and receive the flowing resonance of live music led by Alisa and Benjamin. Warm cello tones blend with guitar, sanza, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and natural seed percussion, evoking the rhythms of the Earth and supporting deep relaxation, grounding, and renewal.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.
✨ Part Three – Mini Concert
The experience concludes with a short, intimate mini-concert featuring original music by Benjamin Mambou.
No prior experience is needed—just an open presence and a willingness to receive the energy of the season.
Registration required. $25 per person.
