Reclaiming your voice is a powerful place to begin.
About this Event
Reclaiming your voice!
Your voice is more than sound — it’s expression, truth, and power. Yet many of us have been taught to quiet it. To fit in, to be agreeable, to prioritise others, to stay small, silent, unseen.
Over time, this conditioning can disconnect us from our own voice. It may feel buried under expectations, responsibilities, or unspoken emotions. That disconnection can lead to low self-esteem, emotional stagnation, or even physical symptoms like anxiety, burnout, or chronic tension.
At different points in life, we face transitions — in relationships, identity, health, or purpose — that stir a deep desire for change, for clarity, for reconnection.
Reclaiming your voice is a powerful place to begin.
Sound and vocal expression help regulate the nervous system, build confidence, and invite joy back into the body. Whether you're healing, rediscovering, or simply exploring, your voice can lead the way.
It’s never too late (or too early) to activate your voice — and start singing for happiness.
In this space, you're invited to explore sound, vibration, and soulful expression—free from judgment or pressure.
Find YOUR sound in the safety of a small, supportive group of people navigating personal change, healing, and transformation.
Whether you’ve always wanted to explore your voice for yourself or sing but never felt safe to try or you’re an experienced vocalist adjusting to a changing voice—you are welcome and needed here.

Meet Your Facilitator:
Livia Kojo Alour is an advocate for soulful self-expression. After decades of feeling silenced in the parental, the education system and during her career as a circus performer while struggling with undiagnosed ADHD, she courageously reclaimed her lifelong dream of singing at age 45.
Through overcoming vocal struggles caused by TMJ, recovering from major surgery, and Perimenopause Livia discovered that the voice is not just sound, but a profound connection to the soul and ancestral energy. She now specialises in guiding people to nurture their voices with compassion, embrace their changing sound, and transform their inner critics into radical self-love.
With deep knowledge in professional vocal development and a heartfelt commitment to healing, Livia offers a sacred space to rise, awaken, and find joy through the power of their authentic voice.
