About this Event
Strengthen your throat chakra in this expressive and grounding experience. Through gentle call-and-response chanting, breath awareness, and live instrument support, you’ll explore the power of your own voice as a tool for clarity, release, and self-expression.
You’ll be guided in a supportive, low-pressure environment where every voice is welcome. No singing or musical experience required.
What to expect:
• Welcoming, judgment-free space to participate at your own comfort level
• Grounding breathwork to balance the chakras and calm the nervous system
• Exploration of vowel sounds, empowering mantras, and intuitive toning
• Harmonic instrument support with tongue drums, crystal bowls, and handpan
• 5-10 minutes of integration with seated or reclined sound meditation
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing, cozy socks (shoes-off space).
Bring water (important for vocal work) and optionally a journal if you’d like to reflect afterward.
Floor chair, meditation cushion, and blanket provided.
