Vocal Reiki Sound Journey for Rest, Renewal, and Inner Connection...🌀
Join Natalie for a 1hr Vocal Sound Bath & Energy Healing experience. You will be invited to settle into your most comfortable position as waves of sound gently move through the space. Through intuitive singing and chanting, Natalie weaves together the grounding heartbeat of a buffalo hide drum, the shimmering tones of a Tibetan bowl, and the soft whispers of a rain stick. As well as many more instruments, and old + new song derived from her personal intuition or learned from the inspiration within cultures around the world. Concluding with a 2-5 minute energetic body scan with optional hands on/off Reiki.
Her musical expression is inspired by devotional sound traditions near and far across the earth. Creating a soundscape that feels both ancient and deeply personal.
Natalie Arwood is a passionate guide devoted to holding space for others to reconnect with the quiet wisdom of their inner world. As a 500-hour ECYT Yoga Instructor, Ayurveda facillitator, sound/Reiki healer, and women's retreat host. Whether your experience be through her workshops, retreats, yoga classes, 1:1 reiki, or sound baths. Her work blends yoga philosophy, holistic wellness, herbal inspiration, and energy healing to create experiences that invite restoration, true appreciation for the earth, deep reflection, soulful exploration, and a life lived with heart.
Rooted in reverence for Mother Earth, spirit, and the wisdom of those who came before us, Natalie approaches sound as a living practice. Through voice and vibration, she honors the divine energies, the land we live upon, and the unseen energies that move through us all.
No two sound baths are ever the same. She believes that Reiki, singing, and intuitive channeling cannot be planned or repeated exactly the same. They unfold organically in the moment. If you feel called to attend more than once, know that each gathering offers its own unique journey.
Natalie’s personal intention in these offerings is to honor source, ancestors, and give voice to the women who may never have been heard before — within her lineage and beyond. Through sound, she invites those physically attending to open their mind's eye, feel through what is meant for them, and travel into their inner knowing.
Within this sacred container, you are invited to meet your own inner world. Some may experience connection with their ancestors, spirit guides, spirit or power animals. Others may receive clarity to a long-held question, inspiration for a creative vision, or a deeper awareness of their energetic body and the subtle currents within it. And for some, the experience may simply be a rare hour of rest.
