Investment: $98Vivaldi 4 Seasons- This session walks the listener through four seasons of classical violin music. It takes one on a journey through many nature elements including a thunderstorm, rain shower, peaceful lake and ocean waves. You will also hear a fly buzzing about as well as a woodpecker. It is a delight for the senses and one of my favorite new sessions. The violin weaves in and out and the light is programmed to the music beautifully.
This session is a gentle delightful journey, and it is one of the longer sessions. At 40 mins it is perfect for those looking for a calm relaxing nature based reset.
Like all sessions brain entrainment and expansion is part of the experience and you will be sure to be wowed by the kaleidoscopic visuals. My mom in her 70's, with a PTSD nervous system response has been reluctant to try the light out until the classical series came out. She loves it. I watch her toes dance under the session and she asks for it and calls it her mini vacation, so if you are on the fence trying the light out this just may be the right session for you.
It is recommended that you bring:

open mind and heart
As always if you try the experience and decide that you would like to exit the light early or not participate in the light portion of the evening that is completely fine. You are welcome to just enjoy your time in the EE center and I thank you for your bravery in trying something new. I have over 200 sessions and more keep getting added. If you reach out to me privately, we will find one that is perfect for you. Not all sessions are right for all people.
