We are inviting those in our community to come visit our school and try your first class free when you use promo code SHAOLIN at checkout. There is nothing to hold you back from starting on your New Year's resolutions for health, wellness, and self-defense! The week's schedule is as follows:

SUNDAY:

4-5:30pm Adults & Teens Kung Fu - Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu Class

5:30-6:15 Shaolin Ba Duan Jin (Qi Gong) - Improve health and inner peace

THURSDAY:

6:30-8pm Adults & Teens Kung Fu - Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu Class
