Visions and Vibes 2025 - a mindful vision board event

Join us for a transformative and inspiring vision board event in Los Angeles. This community wellness event blends mindful practices and creative expression to help you align with your highest intentions for the year ahead.

• Mindful Movement + Breathwork: Ease into the present moment with gentle and mindful movement and breathing exercises designed to center and energize you.
• Meditation: Tap into clarity and inner peace with a guided meditation session to help you visualize your goals and dreams.
• Journaling: Reflect and refine your intentions through thoughtful journaling prompts.
• Vision Boarding: Bring your aspirations to life by creating a personalized vision board that serves as a powerful visual reminder of your goals.
• Sound Journey: End the experience with an integrative sound bath session to restore and seal in your intentions and visions for the year.
• Community Connection: Meet like-minded individuals and share in the collective energy of growth and inspiration.

• Sunday, January 26, 2025 from 1PM - 4PM
• Location: 736 Studios (719 S. Los Angeles St, Los Angeles) Paid parking ($10 cash or credit card via app)
• Cost of Admission: Donation-Based*

• Each in-person attendee will receive a goodie bag valued over $200 - only 25 tickets available
• Virtual tickets are also available and the joining link will be sent prior to the event

💞 Giving Back:

• *Ticket sales for this event will be supporting the victims of the Los Angeles fires. In collaboration with 501(c)3 non-profit organization Asians Who Meditate with the All Who Meditate Project, the donations will be used to purchase supplies for victims as well as host meditation and sound healing sessions for the victims and first responders of the Palisades and Eaton fires with an intention to bring healing, peace, and ease during these challenging times.

• Vision board materials (physical materials like a poster board, magazines, glue and scissors OR have your laptop or tablet ready to create digitally on Canva or Photoshop) ✂️
