About this Event
This workshop is designed to help participants set their intentions and goals for the new year in a mindful and creative way. We’ll start with a grounding meditation to align with our visions, followed by a hands-on vision board session to bring those dreams to life.
Tools to bring : Old Magazine, paper anything for collage, Cardboard of your choice.
Tools Provided: Scissors and glue
