Schedule for the day:
11am-12pm Chakra Yoga: our fantastic yoga teacher will take you through a beautiful sequence of chakra yoga to cover all areas of your energy centers, to losen your body and to clear your mind. Wonderful way to start our day and to prepare for our creative work.
12-12.30pm: Pot luck lunch - everyone brings a cultural dish to share (Kitchen)
12:30 -2:30pm Vision Board Workshop
VISION BOARDS are both a magical and logical technique for focusing our energy and commitment on what’s important, and what we wish to accomplish in our lives. Are you ready to see your wildest dreams come to life for 2016 & beyond? Having a clear and powerful vision pulls you forward with focus, inspiration, and grace. Without it, you’re left not knowing which way to go, confused about what choices to make and letting life pass you by.
Everything is energy! Energy flows where attention goes! Come join us as we create powerful and beautiful Vision Boards! Please bring special pictures or words that you wish to add to your colllage!

2.45-3.45pm Manifest Your Dreams with Reiki
Learn how Reiki technique, that will guide you to bring your dream life into reality! With these proven techniques you will have the chance to practice daily on your goals.
3.45-4pm: Closing with Reiki demos
Whether you want to practice your Reiki healing skills or try Reiki for yourself, this is the perfect opportunity. Marta's students are wonderfully trained and want to practice on people in need. 5-10 mins demos.
What to bring? - Water, comfortable clothing, pen & notebook, open mind, light lunch, good spirits. There's a Tim Hortons downstairs.
