We’ll begin by guiding you through a process of reflection and intention-setting, then move into the creation of your personal vision board, a sacred map of your dreams and desires. All supplies are provided for you to design your board with ease, though you’re welcome to bring any personal photos, symbols, or special items you’d like to include.
Once your vision is set, you’ll be invited to recline and surrender into a deeply restorative sound journey in a HAMMOCK!
Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and therapeutic instruments will bathe you in harmonic frequencies, clearing energetic blocks and aligning your intentions with universal flow.
To deepen your relaxation, a soothing blend of herbal tea will be served, helping you soften, release, and let go before entering the sound journey.
