Through soothing sounds restorative reiki and provacative journal prompts you will leave feeling ready to tackle your next steps. This will be a great session to re-connect to your intuition and really listen to what it wants to tell you about bringing in the new.
This will be a relaxing and soothing sound bath and journaling and meditation session to release confusion and invite in clarity. Oh and don't forget your journal. It's time to experience the flow you desire.
