Issues such as the housing shortage, inflation, energy costs, and more have become top of mind for voters since 2020, and as a result, there has been a renewed push for pro-growth policies in states across the country, labeled as the abundance agenda.
However, this discussion has primarily focused on new spending packages. This is despite the litany of existing funds: recently and namely the resources provided by the Bipartisan Instructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act, that could go a long way towards advancing abundance agenda goals but are instead tied up in regulatory and procedural hurdles.
