About this Event
Join fellow fitness enthusiasts as you run from our clubs in Kensington to Mayfair with a 30-minute class at each.
Experience a high energy Strength and Conditioning class, followed by a 2-mile run through Hyde Park and end with a relaxing Sound Bath with the best instructors in the city.
Fancy shaking up your Thursday evening with us? Tickets cost £10, which includes your T-shirt and tasty post-workout fuel from Kauai.
How will your evening look?
Meet us at Virgin Active Kensington to drop your bags off and we’ll give you the low-down on what’s to come for the evening.
You’ll head to the Strength and Conditioning studio for your first class of the evening. Then it's time to get outside.
With your team, you’ll run through the scenic Hyde Park until you get to our club in Mayfair where you’ll get to wind down in a relaxing Sound Bath class.
Finally, you’ll enjoy some tasty post-workout fuel provided by Kauai. Don't worry, we'll have your bags waiting for you at the end.
If running isn’t your thing, there’s plenty of time to take a walk through the park, and opportunities for team selfies along the way!

Who's invited?
Whether you're a Virgin Active veteran, or a complete fitness newbie, all are welcome (members and non-members). Tickets are limited, so we recommend booking early.
Bag drop
Please note that the start and end location is different. Virgin Active staff will be transporting your bag from Virgin Active Kensington to Virgin Active Mayfair whilst you’re busy having fun.
