Vinyasa Yoga + Kirtan Night

Join us at Studio Om, your urban oasis, every Thursday evening for Vinyasa Flow yoga at 6.30pm, followed by Mantra Bath.
What level of yoga is it?
Our Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are catered for all levels, from beginner to experienced. Expect a gentle warm up with some calming breathe exercises, a flow which builds up the heat in the body and cardio, some strengthening poses, deep stretches towards the end and a super relaxing savasana to allow the magic of yoga take its effect on the body and mind.
What is Mantra Bath?
Also known as Kirtan, Mantra Bath is a combination of sanskrit mantras chanted along with melodic music. The instruments are traditional from the sacred land of India - a harmonium (similar to an accordion and piano), mrdanga (natural clay drum) and kartels (light rhythmic symbals). Mantra Bath is a powerful group meditation, meditating on sacred sound which uplifts minds, hearts and leaves you feeling transformed.
