Come join us at our new studio, offering an anti-gym approach to exercise.
Our classes are set in a beautiful Japanese-inspired wooden space, with low lighting and quiet (or no) music, with herbal tea served before and after class.
We have hand-picked highly trained teachers with a minimum of 5 years experience, who can help you at every stage of your physical journey.
With classes capped at 14 people, we provide a calm space offering time-tested wellness for a truly holistic approach to strength and fitness.

Vinyasa is lead by a variety of our wonderful teachers including Zephyr, Zaz, Stef & Cecilia. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that focuses on the flow and sequences of asanas (postures) to be connected togeather with the breath. Therefore the pace tends to be more rapid than a hatha class, but not as rapid as power yoga.
