About this Event
DESCRIPTION: This dynamic yoga class is open to all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) offering options for all (different ages, body types, and flexibilities). With a focus on building safe form and proper alignment, we will explore the capabilities of our bodies while achieving a full body stretch. Students can expect to build flexibility and strength while deepening their breathwork and foundational knowledge of yoga. This class will provide every attendee with exactly what their body, mind and breath yearns - a deeper connection to self.
Intergenerational: Ages 12 & up, Family Friendly, All Levels Welcome
PRICE: $20 Drop in Class, 4-class pack avail at $60 (save $5 per class)
BRING: Yoga Mat (mats can be rented $3), please pack an extra pair of clean studio sneakers, wear loose/flexible clothes, and bring water.

I completed my 200 HR training in 2023 and my 300/500 HR training in 2025. I’ve been doing yoga on & off since middle school (2005). It started as a program to protect me from injuries as a goalie and became a consistent practice after college.
As a teacher, I want to share what yoga has given me with my students. As someone with chronic anxiety and IBS, yoga has helped me find ways to alleviate some of the common symptoms/issues that come with the two. Additionally, as a black and queer human, yoga has helped me come to terms with some of the unfair and unjust things we see occur everyday in this world.
When teaching I want to help everyone find a space closer to their true self - free of all the external pressures and the societal norms we are forced to navigate everyday.
