Vinyasa Yoga at Innervisions Alchemy - Saturdays at 9am

Join us every Saturday morning at 9:00am for a rejuvenating 1-hour Vinyasa Yoga class designed to help you connect energetically with yourself, your breath and your body. Set yourself up for a Super Saturday with intentional flowing movement, building strength and warmth in the body.

"Vinyasa" means "to place with intention" and in this class we'll warm our entire body, moving intentionally with sequences that prepare us for a peak pose, before moving to seated poses to cool down. We'll mindfully connect our breath with our movement as we flow.

I offer modifications to suit all bodies and abilities - all are welcome, whether at the beginning of your yoga journey or if you have an established practice.

Experience Level: All levels.

What to bring: Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows for free movement

By booking your space in this class, you confirm the following:

1. I am physically fit and capable of participating in yoga classes. If I have any pre-existing medical conditions, I will consult my GP before attending.
2. I understand that yoga classes may be physically demanding and I participate voluntarily. I will listen to my body and not push beyond my limits.
3. I will inform the instructor of any injuries, illnesses, or pregnancy prior to the start of each class.
4. I acknowledge that yoga is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
5. I accept that the instructor may, at their discretion, advise me not to participate in a class.
6. I understand that physical adjustments may be offered and that I have the right to decline them at any time.
7. I release the instructor and the venue (Innervisions) from any liability for injury or loss incurred during the class.
8. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and able to provide informed consent.
