Join us for a soul-nourishing Vinyasa Yoga + R&B class designed to support healing, self-discovery, and restoration. This open-level class blends breath-linked movement, soulful R&B music, and mindfulness to create a rhythmic and elevated experience for your entire being.
Whether you're just beginning your wellness journey or deepening your existing practice, this class offers a grounding, non-judgmental space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
