Born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, Alina lived in Berlin, Germany before moving to Miami in 2017. Her love of yoga and spirituality runs deep. A certified yoga instructor (RYT 200 hrs.), she is now studying with the Heart Math Institute and continues her work with Dr. Joe Dispenza as an advanced student. Recently, she added an Advanced Teacher Training Certification with Paul Toliuszis.
Alina focuses on powerful vinyasa flows mixed with traditional balancing poses. Students can expect a repetition of calisthenics, inversions, breath work, core exercises, and deep stretches. With an emphasis on smooth transitions, movements are slow, fluid, and controlled to help establish body listening skills and mindfulness. Her goal is to create a safe environment for her students by using yoga to awaken the true and essential self.
"I believe all Yoga styles are good; however pairing intentional breath work with yoga generates a more profound practice that enhances the benefits of the physical practice tremendously by bringing together the gap between consciousness, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, movement and true embodiment."
Irina Korneeva, the founder and sole owner of Tantra Studios, will be performing the sound bath. She is also a certified life coach and detox specialist. Her deep passion for sound and spirituality, holistic lifestyle and wellness was a foundation for creating this studio.
This class is suitable for all levels.
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier, bring a mat, anything you need for the sound bath and water.
