About this Event
This Vinyasa Flow class is designed to help you unwind from the week through mindful movement, steady breath, and a grounding sequence that connects strength with ease. Expect a balanced practice that gently builds heat while leaving space to slow down and tune inward.
The class is open to all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or already have an established practice, variations will be offered so you can move in a way that feels supportive for your body.
We'll move through a thoughtful flow designed to release tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed and re-centered for the days ahead.
This is a small, intimate session with limited spots so everyone has space to move comfortably.
Come as you are — just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
