A creative workshop focused on capturing vintage inspired portraits using modern gear.
Beginning with a lighting demo on how to achieve the vintage look through shooting, we’ll then dive into editing techniques that bring the vintage vibe to life.
The last hour of the workshop is a hands-on shooting experience where photographers can build their portfolio using Sigma lenses. Perfect for photographers who love storytelling, nostalgia, and giving their work a classic twist.
All class attendees will have the opportuniaty to photograph the vintage model.
Sigma loaner lenses will be available for attendees to try out during the live model shoot.
** The classroom is located on the second floor of our store. Access to the classroom is available via stairs. There is no elevator to the second floor.**
Meet Lindsey
Lindsey Ruth is a Los Angeles-based studio photographer specializing in surrealist portraiture. Passionate about expanding photography beyond the camera, she blends post-production and mixed media techniques to transform her artistic vision into immersive, unique artwork. Her passion for creativity has led to collaborations with Adobe and teaching aspiring photographers through workshops and courses.
