Vintage Mindfulness Workshop: Mandalas of India, Nepal,and Tibet

Come join Erica Penny, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate for a vintage mindfulness workshop at 8300 Health Park in Raleigh, NC. You'll park near Entrance C and we'll meet in the Takes a Village Space, Suite 228. We will briefly learn about the tradition and history of Mandalas. We will then create a simplified version of the traditional mandala so we'll have time to create a beautiful souvenir for you to take home of our mindful time together. $40 per participant (will include a make and take souvenir and some light refreshments)
