An intimate wine dinner featuring Albert Bichot at Ironwood Steakhouse.
Join us at Ironwood for an intimate evening of exceptional wine, thoughtful pairings, and elevated cuisine.
This exclusive wine dinner will begin with a 5:00 PM cocktail hour featuring passed Salmon Ceviche Lettuce Wraps, followed by a seated multi-course dinner presented by Ironwood's very own, Chef Steve. Each course will be paired with guided wine selections from Albert Bichot, creating a refined dining experience from first pour to final bite.
The menu includes Lobster Bisque, Japanese A5 Wagyu with tri-colored carrots, potatoes, and sauce, Sea Bass with saffron risotto and smoked tomato butter, and a special dessert featuring Chef Jessica from Lum.
