Experience VinYin Yoga with Tessa Tovar on the Second & Last Saturdays of the month from 9:30-10:30am at prAna Portland, 635 NW 23rd Ave. This Vin Yin yoga class combines active Vinyasa flow with passive Yin poses to cultivate strength, flexibility, and relaxation in body and mind.

About the Instructor:
Tessa Tovar is an experienced and highly trained yoga instructor, certified as an E-RYT 500 with over 1,000 hours of training and teaching experience. Her teaching style is rooted in the principles of Hatha yoga, emphasizing alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Tessa's gentle and supportive approach makes her classes accessible to students of all levels, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and welcoming space for students to explore their practice and connect with their bodies.
Additional Information:
This is a donation-based class with a suggested sliding scale donation of $5 to $15 on-site. Proceeds will support a local non-profit organization.
