About this Event
This 60-minute class begins with 30 minutes of slow-building vinyasa to warm the body, create flow, and gently build heat. We’ll then transition into 30 minutes of yin yoga, slowing everything down with longer-held poses designed to release tension, soften the nervous system, and invite deep rest. Expect a balance of movement and stillness that leaves you feeling grounded, open, and deeply settled.
