This class is a combination of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin-Restorative Yoga. It includes both active and passive movements and stretches to strengthen and restore your body. The first half of class is focused on active postures and strengthening (vinyasa) and the second half of class is focused on passive restorative stretching (yin). Expect a balanced posture practice complete with deep relaxation. Open to all levels. Beginners welcome.30 minutes of active strengthening + 30 minutes of passive stretching and relaxation
