Jenn Daniel of Embodied Heart Yoga is bringing you a 90-minute pop-up experience designed to move you, soften you, and leave you deeply restored.
We'll start off with an invigorating vinyasa flow to build heat and get out of your head, then melt into a yin cooldown to release what needs to go, and close with a dreamy and soothing extended soundbath savasana — yoga nap, but make it healing. 🎶
Mats not provided. All props are provided — just bring your own mat and show up ready to flow and let go.
