Our classes are non-stop cardio PARTIES with curated DJ mixes that promote body positivity with easy-to-follow, fun dance moves, and all the bada$$ encouragement you'd expect at a club. Not a dancer? Not a problem! This class is structured to provide a cardio dance segment, a strength/sculpting segment, and another dance cardio segment with transparent cueing, so there is no interruption to your party.
