This is a gentle, accessible practice where no prior experience with meditation is needed, and all respectful beings are welcome. • Venue Details: The event takes place in a large, dedicated room on the 2nd floor, located directly to the right of the main stairs.
• Time & Punctuality: Doors open at 12:45 PM. The journey begins promptly at 1:00 PM. (To ensure a tranquil environment for everyone, please plan to arrive early. Your timely arrival allows you to comfortably settle in and helps us maintain a shared sense of calm.)
• Accessibility: The building is universally accessible with an elevator available for use.

This practice is experienced lying down (recommended) or sitting. To ensure your ultimate comfort during the hour-long immersion, please bring implements such as:

• Yoga mats or thick padding (essential for floor comfort)
• Blankets (for warmth—body temperature can drop during deep relaxation)
• Pillows (for head and knee support)
• Eye masks or a scarf (to enhance your relaxation and block light)
