Vibrational Alchemy Breathwork

This immersive beginner-friendly breathwork and sound healing experience is designed to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and recalibrate your body through the transformative power of breath, sound, and frequency.

This experience will be supported by a special guest (Shaun Elligott of Ground and Bloom) offering a live sound bath—layering vibration and frequency into the space as I guide energy work to help you release, reset, and drop deeper into the experience.

Each gathering carries a rotating theme, guiding the emotional and energetic focus of the journey.

April Theme: The Courage to Be Seen —bold, direct, and unapologetically alive. After a season of softening and turning inward, this month asks you to step forward.

This is about learning to stay in your body as you’re seen, as you take risks, as you choose yourself in real time. Because true confidence isn’t built in isolation, it’s built in the moments you’d normally hold back… and don’t.

We begin with a gentle, activating breathwork flow to oxygenate the body, awaken cellular energy, and create internal movement. From there, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation and meditation, allowing the nervous system to settle into profound calm. During this restorative space, participants receive subtle energy support alongside the resonant tones of weighted tuning forks, helping restore harmony at the deepest levels of the body and energetic field. We'll close with some intentional journaling and community sharing.

This class is especially supportive if you are new to breathwork and curious about the connection between mind, body, breath, and sound.

This is a restorative, nervous-system–nourishing experience and is intentionally different from my SolSync Somatic Release Breathwork Journey.
