About this Event
The Slow Flow is a 60-minute class designed to be accessible to all.
We will meet on our mats for a gentle but deep flow to connect with ourselves before the week ahead. Focuses will be on spinal mobility, shoulder and hip openers. Take what works for you and leave what doesn’t. The challenge is not in the asanas but to be radically honest with yourself so that you can truly meet yourself at the present moment.
Caitly's Bio:
Caitlyn is a 200 hour certified yoga teacher who strives to share the power of self-compassion through her flows. She recently completed her teacher training at The Well Studio in Fishtown. She has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, while she is always open to explore various styles, she has found a home in ashtanga-inspired flows and yin-inspired restorative practices. When she is not on the mat, she can be found promoting science literacy (she’s a trained molecular biologist), in the woods, or curled up with a good book.
