Ribbons will be tied to a tree for all of the victims lost to crimes. Katherine will have a ribbon to tie to the tree for Tim with some words on it. Each victim will have one person to tie their ribbon on the tree. This ceremony serves as a meaningful opportunity to remember, honor, and stand in unity for victims and loved ones impacted by crime. Each ribbon color represents a specific crime type. Timothy’s ribbon will be black for homicide.
