We will march in the San Antonio Veterans day parade. We will also have a vehicle with trailer for those who would like to sit and ride along. Uniform is detachment polo shirt and detachment baseball cap. If you do not have these, please wear the red Detachment t-shirts or any Marine Corps shirt you have. Preferably red.
You must be at the starting point by 8am to avoid road closures.
The 2025 San Antonio Veterans Day Parade, hosted by the United States Military Veterans Parade Association (USMVPA), is scheduled for Saturday, November 8th. The free, family-friendly parade begins at noon from Milam Park and follows a route along East Houston Street. Spectators can find a spot along the route to watch colorful floats, military vehicles, and organizations march to honor veterans and their families.

The fifth annual SA Veterans Day at Hemisfair will take place on Saturday, November 8, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
This free, family-friendly event honors the veterans of today and tomorrow with live entertainment and interactive activities for the whole family. The day kicks off with a Fun Run from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, inviting participants of all ages to show their support ahead of the main festivities.
At 1:00 PM, a special Veterans Day Ceremony will feature a presentation of the colors, remarks from community leaders, and a commemorative military flyover.
Throughout the afternoon, guests can enjoy live music, great food and drinks, and engaging entertainment while connecting with veteran-supporting organizations offering resources and services.
