Join us under the big top to connect with School Nutrition Professionals from across the state at the annual School Nutrition Association of South Dakota Conference, to be held July 21-23 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center in Sioux Falls, SD. We invite you and your sales representatives to attend the conference and/or vendor food show to network, educate, and share your products!

As part of your registration, you will be offered the opportunity to become an SNASD Industry Member, a membership offered only once per year. SNASD has a membership of four hundred throughout the State, so the annual conference and food show is an excellent time to show your products to School Nutrition Employees from around the State.

Pre-conference sessions will kick off on July 21st, with conference general sessions starting July 22nd. The Vendor exhibits area will open July 23rd at 11:30 AM and remain open until 1:45 PM. The show will be open to all registered conference attendees.

Industry Membership: We offer Industry Partner Memberships! For detailed info on this please visit our website: https://www.snasd.org/industry-membership. You will be given opportunity to become a member along with your registration for the conference. Many benefits are included in the membership. Industry partners and sponsors will be noted as such on their booths during the food show and throughout the conference!
Vendor Booths: Booth space for the Vendor Show will vary in price depending on your registration choice. A full booth will include two 6 foot tables, 2 chairs and a trash can. Additional tables and required electrical can be added ala carte during the registration process.
Vendor Advertisement: Our conference booklet will be printed for all attendees. Vendors who choose to advertise will be recognized in a slide show during our general session. The advertisements can be submitted by email and will be shown in full color. Please send you advertisements to Katie Sieverding at [email protected].
Industry Sponsor: New this year, SNASD is offering industry sponsorships throughout the conference. Opportunities to sponsor a portion of a keynote speaker, meals, evening entertainment or raffle baskets are available under the 'add on' portion of registration.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You may pay with debit or credit card as well as check. Please mail check immediately upon registration (instead of bringing payment to the conference).

We ask that you register no later than July 15, 2026.

Exhibit Details:

1. Exhibitors shall be bound by the rules and regulations set forth herein and by such amendments or additions to the rules and regulations, which may be established by the exhibit manager and duty, authorized representative of the sponsoring organizations.

2. STANDARD BOOTH EQUIPMENT: Booths will include two 6’ tables covered with floor length black linen and chairs. Trash cans will be available for booths. Additional tables and electrical requirements can be added ala carte. Any additional booth equipment is the responsibility of the vendor.

3. Exhibits may be set up between 4:00 pm -7:00pm on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 and between 7:00am-11:00 am on Thursday, July 23, 2026. Special equipment and lighting for the displays are the responsibility of the vendor. If you need this service, you must talk with the SNASD Industry Board Reps.

4. Subletting or dividing exhibit space is not allowed except by permission of the SNASD Industry Board Reps. Any decorations must be 100% fire resistant. No helium balloons allowed. Marring, tacking or defacing the walls is not permissible. Ask SNASD Industry Board Reps if approved tape is needed.

5. All exhibit space must be paid in full prior to set-up.

The safety of our attendees and vendors is important to us. While this is our current plan, please know we may need to make adjustments to this schedule and/or planned spaces based on the number of registrations to avoid overcrowding.
