About this Event
Learn to make bagels! In this hands on class you will learn to make bagel dough, knead, roll, shape, boil, top and bake bagels. True authentic New York Jewish style bagels will become easy for you to make after this workshop.
We will also make a non fermented cashew cream cheese and pickled red onions in this class.
