A competitive gym comp just for tradies.
4 ppl per team, with at least 3 tradies - You can have one ring-in if you're stuck for numbers
4 event rounds - test your max strength, your endurance and skill across 4 varied rounds.
$1,000 cash prize for winning team, Prizes for 2nd and 3rd.
The VDK Tradie Games is a competitive fitness event designed exclusively for tradies who want to test their strength, endurance, and trade-specific skills outside of work. Chippies, plumbers, brickies, plasterer, glazier, blacksmith, concretor, sparkie, fridgie, earthworks and the rest - which team will take the crown? Come have a crack and compete for the ultimate tradie challenge!
Who is it for?
Any tradies who love to have a crack and have a competitive streak. If you've never trained before, it may be a bit of a shock to the system, but most of the movements involved in the comp will be manageable.

🏆 Main Prize: $1,000 cash for the winning team

Team Requirements
- 4 people per team (must register as a complete team)
- At least 3 of the 4 members in your team must be Tradies.
- The comp will run an RX standard - this is the standard weights/movements for those competing for $1k prize. We'll also have a scaled option for those keen to have a crack and enjoy the morning.
- Waiver forms required for all participants
- Ages 18+ only for competitors, but family and friends are welcome to come hang out and support!

Entry Fee: $240 per team
Limited to 15 teams - First in, best dressed!
Get the gang together and get ready for a tradie throw-down!
The event STARTS AT 7:30AM, so come from 7:00am for a coffee and some prep.
