Kirtan is the practice of using music and repetitive call-and-response singing of various names of the Divine to remind ourselves of our Divine identity and birthright.

Participants might experience benefits such as: calm and relaxation of the nervous system upliftment of mood energized spirit and increased connection with the sacred.
Kirtan chants can be in Sanskrit (mainly) or from the Buddhist (Pali) Christian (English/Greek) Jewish (Hebrew) Sufi (Arabic) or Western (English) traditions.
All curious folks and those seeking a peaceful oasis are welcome to join us.
Musical instruments include the harmonium tablas drums guitar Stick shakers and kartals.
Cushions for sitting on the floor are available.
Optional potluck follows the kirtan (all welcome even if you didn't bring a potluck item to share). Come and meet new friends and build a new tribe.
