Valentines X Palentines X Galentines Pottery Night
A special edition of the Sip & Sculpt pottery evenings at Creative Bloc studio.
Bring a date or bring your mates! Whether you're brewing up a Love Potion, a Cupid Anti-dote, a Self Love Tonic or just need somewhere to store those Heartbreak Tears... come and sculpt your very own customised Potion Bottle.
You will be guided every step of the way by an expert tutor so no previous pottery experience is necessary. This is a great introduction to hand-building techniques for complete beginners and we'll have templates and plenty of samples for inspiration.
You will be working with real stoneware clay to create your potion bottle and will have the opportunity to add colour and decoration with underglazes. After the class, your piece will be left to dry, then fired and glazed by our studio technicians, ready for you to collect in approximately 2 weeks. It'll be food/drink safe and we'll finish it off with a cork stopper for you.
This event is BYOB - no corkage fee.

The Venue: Creative Bloc Glasgow is a new arts collective and creative studio in Glasgow North-West. 814 Garscube Road, G20 7ET.
Public transport:
First busses 60, 60A, 61 - Bluebird X10, X10A and West Coast Motors 17 all stop on Maryhill Road just 2 minutes walk away.
Kelvinbridge and St Georges Cross underground are approx 17mins walk.
