About this Event
The Buddha taught emptiness as a practical tool to dissolve attachment and ignorance, which are the root causes of suffering.
By realizing that our sense of self, emotions, objects, and even the world itself are empty of inherent existence, we can let go of clinging and delusion.
This insight is not merely philosophical; it is a mode of perception that allows one to observe experience without adding conceptual labels like "I" or "mine," which create unnecessary suffering.
Join us for this profound teaching. Everybody is welcome.
