Moves & Manifest ✨
Join us for Moves & Manifest at The Performance Studios, in collaboration with Georgia O'Brien and Royavie Wellness Cafe. Moves & Manifest is all about intentional movement, positive energy, and taking a moment for yourself in a supportive, feel-good space.
The session will be led by Pilates instructor, Georgia, who will guide you through a beginner-friendly Pilates class focused on strength, alignment, and mindful movement. No prior Pilates experience is needed, just come as you are. Pilates Mats will be provided.
After the session, take time to relax, connect, and enjoy a nourishing açaí bowl provided by Royavie Wellness Café. Expect calm vibes, meaningful conversations, and a chance to truly unwind.
