Indigo Arts and Crafts is an award-winning, unique holiday club experience for children of school age in the local area. Nestled in a beautiful semi-rural spot in the Lune Valley just a short drive over the Bay Gateway, we take a holistic approach to creativity, with a strong emphasis on nature and the world around us and a wide variety of creative activities that take place both indoors in a spacious community hall and outdoors, in the expanse of greenery in the surrounding village.
Children get the chance to use their imagination creatively through a wide range of fun and engaging, artistic and nature-themed activities from painting to junk-modelling, nature trails to Bushcraft skills, pottery to baking, gardening to guest workshops delivering enrichment experiences. For February half term, we will explore the season and celebrate special events such as Random Act of Kindness Day, Shrove Tuesday and Chinese New Year through creative activities. We are excited to welcome North West Pizzas to holiday club on Friday 20th February, who will be delivering a pizza-making workshop!
Indigo Arts and Crafts Holiday Club aims to 'inspire young minds creatively' where children leave with new skills, friendships and lots of happy memories.
Successfully running after school and holiday clubs in the Lancaster area for the last 18 years, our Creative Coordinator and Founder, Bobbie, has combined her love and profession of working with children and creativity, to create Indigo Arts and Crafts, developing and evolving year by year to make it the success it is today, in it's 10th year.
Our qualified, senior staff members have well over 60 years experience collectively, having worked with children from 0-18 in a variety of both private and educational settings, hold relevant qualifications, are regularly trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, Youth Mental Health and hold Enhanced DBS checks. We all share a collective passion for bringing happiness and inspiration to the lives of children, through our work.
For February half term 2026, Indigo Arts & Crafts Holiday Club will be running for five days from Mon 16th - Fri 20th February at £25 per day* (for one child) with a discount applied when you book a full week.
*We also offer generous sibling discounts, please get in touch for further details.
Full day places from 9am-4pm are available for children age 5+. Four year olds may attend a half day session, 9am-1pm or 12-4pm at a cost of £16.50
