In the spirit of connection and renewal, we’ll gather in intentional community to drop into the heart space, activate our inner wisdom, and allow the body to fully receive.
What to Expect:
- Heart-opening Cacao Ceremony: We’ll begin with a guided cacao ritual using ceremonial-grade cacao to awaken the senses and set powerful intentions. You’ll learn about cacao as a gentle plant medicine that supports emotional release, deeper meditation, and heart connection.
- Guided Breath & Embodiment Practice: Soften into the space with gentle movement, intuitive breathwork, and grounding somatic practices to prepare the body for deep listening.
- Immersive Sound Bath Journey: Let the waves of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and vocal toning guide you into a meditative, altered state. This is where the nervous system resets and healing frequencies do their magic.
- Energetic Integration: We'll close with journaling prompts, optional sharing, and grounding practices to help you re-enter your evening with peace and clarity.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
San Francisco native, Eliza Maroney, brings her heart and soul to each performance with a myriad of instruments and unexpected talents. A classically trained opera vocalist, she performed with the San Francisco Opera & San Francisco Girls Chorus for nearly a decade before deciding to carve her own path featuring her unique, soulful offerings of mantras & guided meditations.
In any given workshop, participants can expect to hear singing bowls, vocal loops, world percussion instruments and so much more.
