What a perfect evening out with your special someone!!! Join us at The Cider House with an amazing dinner prepared by one of our professional featured chefs! Our featured chefs will be Matt and Sophia Chatfield. This dinner will be FRIDAY, February 14th. Our dinners are typically on Saturday evening, but since Valentine's actually fell on a Friday, we thought it would be fun to celebrate the night of. What an incredible menu that Chef Matt has planned!
Join us for an evening of beautiful and delicious cuisine as we celebrate Valentine's Day! There will be an Interactive part of the dinner in which you and you guest will go to one of the hands-on stations to hand roll one dozen Belgian Chocolate Truffles to take home with you! The appetizer upon arrival you will indulge in Fresh Caprese Skewers with White Pear Balsamic, and Crisp Wonton Purses with a BBQ pork belly/Cream Cheese filling. As we set for dinner, we will start the evening with a silky Shrimp Bisque with Rice Cracker garnish. The Salad will be composed of Crisp Romaine with fresh vegetable garnish and a "Miso Sexy" Dressing! The Entree will be a pre-ordered choice of Seared Teriyaki Salmon Filet with Yum Yum sauce, Chef Sophia's Fried Rice, and fresh stir fry vegetables. Or you may choose a Seared KC Strip Steak Steak Au Poivre Style, with Whipped Cheddar-Wasabi Potatoes and Roasted Broccoli. The Dessert for the evening will be a Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake with Buttery Caramel.
Cost of Event: $89/person + tax (Tip not included) Choice of Steak OR Salmon. Select choice at checkout.
Wine by Aubrey Vineyards. We have a wine tasting option available for $12. (2 oz pour of 5 pairings that Aubrey Vineyards has paired with each course.) Wine by the glass: $8-$12 We also have some local beer options.
Doors open at 6pm. ( You don't have to be there right at 6, this is just when the doors open) From time of arrival until 6:45pm enjoy appetizers are available and bar is open. Dinner will start at 7pm.
Must have reservations. Reservations preferred by Tuesday, February 11th. If tickets are still available online, then we still have seats available. Is there a dress code for this event? Business Casual/Date Night is a good way to state it. We do encourage you to dress accordingly if you are interested in walking around or being outside in our courtyard area. You may desire a jacket depending on the time of year.
