The perfect winter class! Chef Sophia is going to share with you some of her favorite recipes. You will learn about different soup and stews. From size of the vegetables, how much broth you need, and garnish.
Menu for tonight : Chicken Noodle Soup, Tomato Soup with Toasty Grilled Cheese, Classic Beef Stew, and New England Clam Chowder.

To maximize our space, tables do seat 4, so you may be seated with another party, but you can book a single ticket or for several. If you have another party you'd like to sit with, please let us know. You can email [email protected] or call 816-925-0884.
Our farm shop (Granny Fay's Shop) will be open from 6-6:25pm if you'd like to come a little early. We start seating for the class at 6:15pm and the class starts at 6:30pm. Our classes are held in our kitchen in our Airbnb, Creekside Farmhouse. When you arrive, you can park in the main parking lot. Granny Fay's Shop is located in the red building on the east side of The Cider House. Our Airbnb, Creekside Farmhouse & Kitchen is located on the west side of The Cider House. We will have signs to lead you.
Cost of Event: $70/person + tax (tip)
Tea and Water will come with the dinner.
We will have wine and beer available for purchase.
Doors open at 6:15pm. Must have reservations. Reservations Preferred by Sunday, Feb 23rd to allow Chef's to plan/prepare! If it shows there are still tickets available online, then that means we still have spots available for purchase.

If you are coming from I-49 direction, we would suggest that you put Cultivate Coffee into your GPS. Turn like you are going right to the shop...but you will drive right by it and take your next driveway to the right where the signs are for The Cider House. This is just our back entrance and a little easier than doing the turnaround on the highway for our front entrance, but either way will get you here! If you are coming from Clinton/Garden City, you will turn right into our driveway off of 7 Hwy.
Our tickets are non-refundable after a 3 days prior to the event. They can be transferred to another person.
**There is a minimum number to be able to have the class. If for some reason we do not meet this number, we will either credit you for another dinner or refund your ticket.
