Mrs Smith, owner of Bluebell Biscuiterie has teamed up with Bird & Blend Tea Co. to bring you a gorgeous Valentine's / Galentine's specialty tea and biscuit icing workshop.

Learn the art of tea mixology with tea samples plus how to create your own custom tea blend tea to take home.
Then sip a delicious hot or iced tea or matcha latte while you decorate beautiful iced biscuits using a range of icing techniques under the expert tuition of Mrs Smith of Bluebell Biscuiterie.
What you can expect:

Welcome tea drink in the inspirational setting of Bird & Blend Chiswick Store.
Guided tea blending with tea education talk and tasting with expert tea mixologist.
The talk will include some visuals and will take you through different tea types, where they come from, brewing tips, plus some fun stories and hints and tips on flavour pairing.
There will be interactive elements to the session including a tea game, tea tasting notes along with smelling and tasting different teas/tea blends.
You will have an amazing opportunity to create and name your own tea blend x 1 (the pouch for this will be in your goody bags) that you can take home and enjoy/share with others.
After the tea blending, sip on a delicious cuppa while you learn how to create beautiful iced biscuits using a range of biscuit icing techniques under the expert tuition of Mrs Smith - owner of Bluebell Biscuiterie.
Each biscuit icing design is chosen to teach a specific icing skill plus you can pair your design to match the tea blend you created!

As well as your custom tea blend, you'll leave with a box of themed biscuits you've iced yourself, and a Bluebell Biscuiterie x Bird & Blend goodie bag; plus the confidence to practice your new tea brewing and biscuit icing skills at home.

Please note this course doesn't involve biscuit making but Mrs S might share her biscuit recipe if you ask really really nicely. Icing bags are used to create beautiful designs on biscuits without the use of icing nozzles!
