This will be an enchanted evening of refinement, mystery, and romance. Set against a backdrop of timeless elegance at Record-Downtown, guests will enjoy an unforgettable night of graceful dancing and candlelit ambiance.
Dress in your finest attire and celebrate love and music in all its beauty as we create memories meant to last long after the final song is played.
The carefully curated playlist will include a variety of romantic favorites including Waltz, Foxtrot, and Tango, lively Latin music like Rumba, Cha-Cha, Bachata, and popular favorites like East and West Coast Swing. Don’t be surprised if you also see line dancing…
Come by yourself, as a couple or with a group of friends. Our friendly group will make you feel welcome and make sure you have a great time.
This is not a dinner event, but charcuterie, fruit, and fine appetizers prepared specially for you by the renowned Sous Chef caterers, will be available as soon as you arrive. Food, water, coffee, tea and a variety of soft drinks will be provided.
The following will be provided for you at no charge on a first come, first serve basis.

This will be a non-alcohol event.
Something that is unique to our group, Ballroom Dancers of NWA, is what we call “Red Carpet” photos. You'll be treated like a movie star! As soon as you walk through the door, you will be ushered to a section where a photographer will take your picture against a beautiful backdrop. A few days after the dance you will be able to download the pictures at no cost to you. What a way to remember this evening!
Free parking is available in a city lot south and east of the venue. There's plenty of free parking around, but you may need to walk a bit.
Tickets are $30 per person before February 1st. After that, tickets will be $35. Tickets will not be sold at the door. We expect this to be a sold-out event! Please get your tickets early.
